Directors' advances, credits and guarantees
The directors operated a loan account in the period, the opening credit balance of which was £85,571 with a net movement of £852 resulting in a closing credit balance of £86,423. The loan is interest free and repayable on demand.
For the year ending 31 October 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
