These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year, the company made loans to Mr T D Allen, which were non-interest bearing and repayable on demand. The maximum loan during the year was £1,491, and the loan was fully repaid by the yearend.
