2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 (The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime).

Turnover policy
Turnover represents the total cash receipts from client service invoices and music publishing royalty distributions received by the company during the financial period.

Tangible assets depreciation policy
Tangible fixed assets are stated at cost less depreciation. Depreciation is calculated to write off the cost of assets over their estimated useful lives on a straight-line basis at the following rates:
- Studio Equipment & Synthesizers: 20% per annum
- Computer Workstations: 25% per annum
