The company has net current liabilities of £132,576 (2024: £118,263). Creditors falling due within one year contains the director's loan balance of £15,856 (2024: £59,911). They have confirmed they will not seek repayment of this to the detriment of third-party creditors. Post year end trading, profit and cashflow continue to improve with repayments of HP and director’s loans reducing creditor balances. On that basis the directors are of the opinion that it is appropriate for the financial statements to be prepared on the going concern basis.

For the year ended 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
