| Directors Loans: on 01 December 2024 the company made the first of a number of directors loans to Sarah Abbott, the maximum amount of any loan was £60,488.79 during the financial year, and some of these loans were repaid before the balance sheet date. At the balance sheet date the outstanding directors loan balance was £1,940.36 (Prior Year £7,290.89). Directors Loans are interest free up to £10,000 after which interest is charged at the HMRC specified rate. The loans are repayable on demand. |
