This report has been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and in accordance with FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime.

Going concern

The accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis.

The Director has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue its operations for a period of at least 12 months from the date the financial statements are approved.

The Director remains committed to supporting the company financially for the foreseeable future and remains confident that external sources of financial support will continue for the foreseeable future.

Directors' responsibilities:

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the micro entities regime and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. As permitted by section 444 (5A) of the Companies Act 2006, the directors have not delivered to the registrar a copy of the Profit and Loss Account.
