| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| Turnover |
| Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes. |
| Tangible fixed assets |
| The following depreciation policies have been used: |
| Computer Equipment - 10% Straight Line |
| Fixtures and Fittings - 15% Reducing Balance |
| Motor Vehicles - 16% Straight Line |
| The depreciation balance as at 1 January 2024 has been restated to correct the depreciation charged |
| in the prior year accounts. |
| Taxation |
| Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |
| Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted. |
| Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date. |
| Deferred tax |
| Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date. |
| Timing differences arise from the inclusion of income and expenses in tax assessments in periods different from those in which they are recognised in financial statements. Deferred tax is measured using tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the year end and that are expected to apply to the reversal of the timing difference. |
| Unrelieved tax losses and other deferred tax assets are recognised only to the extent that it is probable that they will be recovered against the reversal of deferred tax liabilities or other future taxable profits. |
| Foreign currencies |
| Assets and liabilities in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rates of exchange ruling at the balance sheet date. Transactions in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rate of exchange ruling at the date of transaction. Exchange differences are taken into account in arriving at the operating result. |

| Hire purchase and leasing commitments |
| Rentals paid under operating leases are charged to profit or loss on a straight line basis over the period of the lease. |
| Pension costs and other post-retirement benefits |
| The company operates a defined contribution pension scheme. Contributions payable to the company's pension scheme are charged to profit or loss in the period to which they relate. |
| Debtors and creditors receivable/ payable within one year |
| Debtors and creditors with no stated interest rate and receivable or payable within one year are recorded at transaction price. Any losses arising from impairment are recognised in the income statement in other administrative expenses |
| Investments and derivatives |
| The company holds basic financial instruments (bonds and cash) and non-basic financial instruments (derivatives). |
| Fixed asset investments and derivative financial instruments are initially recognised at fair value at the transaction date and are subsequently measured to at fair value through profit or loss at each reporting date. Changes in fair value, including unrealised gains and losses, are recognised in the Profit and Loss account. |

| 9. | LEASING AGREEMENTS |
| The company entered into a licence commitment for the rental of the office premises on 18 March 2025. The licence term expires on 31 March 2027. |
| The annual licence fee is £24,000 and have the option to break the licence on providing 2 months prior notice on or anytime after the 12th month of the term. |
| The company also entered into following hire purchase contract for car: |
| - BMW on 7 January 2025. The hire purchase contract expires on January 2028. |
