Capital Commitments
At the balance sheet date the company was committed to making payments under a non-cancellable operating lease of property totalling £309,400, of which £31,200 falls due within one year, £124,800 falls due between one and five years, and £153,400 falls due after more than five years. The lease commenced on 12 September 2025 for a term of 10 years at an annual rent of £31,200 (£2,600 per month), with a tenant's break option exercisable after 5 years (11 September 2030). The company does not currently intend to exercise the break option, and the commitment above has therefore been disclosed to the end of the full lease term on that basis.
