| Cost is calculated using the first-in, first-out method and includes all purchase, transport, and handling costs in bringing stocks to their present location and condition. |
| Taxation |
| Taxation for the period comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |
| Current or deferred taxation assets and liabilities are not discounted. |
| Current tax is recognised at the amount of tax payable using the tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the balance sheet date. |

| During the year, the company purchased subcontract services from Robert Rownicki, a related party controlled by a director of the company. The total value of transactions during the year amounted to £26,575. At the balance sheet date, £2,400 was included within creditors. |
| During the year, the company purchased subcontract services from Pawel Maziarz trading as For-jan Ltd, a related party controlled by a shareholder of the company. The total value of transactions during the year amounted to £39,300. At the balance sheet date, £1,920 was included within creditors. |
