Notes to the accounts

1. Average number of employees

   During the year the average number of employees was 2 (2024: 2).

2. Director Advances Credits Note

   During the year the company had transactions with its director, Kashif Hamid, whereby the opening balance on the loan account was £15,420 . A further £14,475 was advanced to the director, who subsequently repaid £20,043 of the original amount. At the year end the balance on the director's loan account was £9,851. The loan was unsecured, and was repayable on demand. No guarantees were provided to or on behalf of the director during the year, and no other advances, credits, or guarantees were made to directors.
