Company activities and impact

The company runs Awujo Housing, a housing association dedicated to providing tiny homes in the style of housing cooperatives to encourage and facilitate community-based living. During the financial year 2025-2026, Awujo Housing has served as a base for information for the wider Glasgow area, where local residents can discuss their views on the potential of creating or living in a housing cooperative. Our operations this year have been largely outreach and consultant and we aim to begin planning a new site for our first potential site.
