For the year ending 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

Company activities and impact

Penlee Family Project promotes intergenerational learning and engagement by bringing together adults and children of all ages - including parents and their babies - through shared activities. The project supports families to build confidence, strengthen early parent child relationships and progress towards their full potential by delivering tailored individuals and group programmes.

Consultation with stakeholders

We continue to engage with individuals of all ages within our community. Our services include dedicated groups for parents and their babies, as well as support for adults with learning difficulties and older people living in residential care settings. Throughout our multigenerational approach, we create opportunities for meaningful connections between younger and older generations.

Directors' remuneration

Directors remuneration for the year totalled £46,953 (£2024: £40,344)
