	Statutory information
	The company is a private company limited by share capital, incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office address is 2 Wellesley Cottages Wells Road BISLEY GL6 7AF

	Statement of compliance
	The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, the financial reporting standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard).

	Employee benefits
	Contributions to defined contribution plans are expensed in the period to which they relate.

	Tangible fixed assets and depreciation
