2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The comparative figures for the period ended 28 March 2024 have been restated. Creditors due within one year have been increased by 5867 to correct the director loan balance, resulting in net liabilities of 31254 compared to 25387 as previously reported.
