COMMUNITY INTEREST ANNUAL REPORT

CREATIVE FRAME CIC

Company Number: 12945361 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 31 October 2025

Company activities and impact

Creative Frame provided over 400 wellbeing groups for people who are isolated and in some cases at risk of suicide. Our projects mostly work with vulnerable men although during this accounting period we have expanded into other areas of the country and have worked with a more diverse client group. Our participants report an increase in their mental wellbeing and resilience through regular mental health surveys and provide video testimony outlining how the groups help their mental health. We have moved men from a state of suicide ideation to a place where those thoughts are managed and in some cases no longer happen.

Consultation with stakeholders

We have engaged stakeholders in the design of our groups, working in partnership, co-producing sessions and planning how better to work together and grow groups to establish long term support for vulnerable adults.

Directors' remuneration

Directors remuneration totalled £55,517 during this accounting year

Transfer of assets

No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
