Pension costs and other post-retirement benefits
The company operates a defined contribution pension scheme. Contributions payable to the company's pension scheme are charged to profit or loss in the period to which they relate.
Going concern
As of 31 July 2025, the Company's current liabilities exceed its current assets. This condition indicates the existence of a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The director has assessed the situation and is confident in the Company's ability to continue as a going concern due to financial support provided by the director personally and from associated companies. The director has confirmed his commitment and that of the associated companies to provide the necessary financial support to meet the Company's obligations as when they fall due, hence the financial statements have prepared on a going concern basis.
