The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 2 (previous period: 2).
Directors advances, credits and guarantees
On 1 December 2024 the Company owed Director A £381. During the period this director was advanced £75,370 and repaid £51,392. As at 30 November 2025 this Director owed the Company £23,597. No interest was charged on this loan. The loan is unsecured and repayable upon demand. On 1 December 2024 the Company owed Director B £381. During the period this director was advanced £75,8370 and repaid £51,392. As at 30 November 2025 this Director owed the Company £25,597. No interest was charged on this loan. The loan is unsecured and repayable upon demand.
