Compliance with accounting standards
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities. There were no material departures from that standard.

Accounting policies
The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.
Basis of preparation
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets.
Presentation currency
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
Investments
Investments in subsidiaries, associates, and joint ventures are measured at cost less any accumulated impairment losses. Listed investments are measured at fair value. Unlisted investments are measured at fair value unless the value cannot be measured reliably, in which case they are measured at cost less any accumulated impairment losses. Changes in fair value are included in the profit and loss account.

Controlling party
The company holds 100% of the ordinary share capital of the following subsidiary undertakings, which are incorporated in England and Wales: 1. OH TRANSPORT LTD (Registered Office: 87 Hartland Way, Croydon, CR0 8RJ, England) 2. OC TRANSPORT LIMITED (Registered Office: 87 Hartland Way, Croydon, CR0 8RJ, England) 3. SELECT EXEC TRANSPORT LTD (Registered Office: 87 Hartland Way, Croydon, CR0 8RJ, England) The principal activity of ORLANDO HENRY ENTERPRISE LTD is overseeing and managing daily operations of related units, and the principal activity of OH TRANSPORT LTD is taxi operation; the principal activity of OC TRANSPORT LIMITED is taxi operation, and the principal activity of SELECT EXEC TRANSPORT LTD is taxi operation. In the opinion of the directors, ORLANDO HENRY ENTERPRISE LTD is the ultimate parent undertaking of these entities.
