2Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entities regime and FRS 105, except that they have not been prepared on a going concern basis. The company has ceased trading, has no assets and has outstanding liabilities. The directors have concluded that there is no realistic prospect of the company continuing in operational existence, and the financial statements have therefore been prepared on a basis other than going concern.
