Advances and credits
During the period the company advanced a total of £3,518.58 to the director, Mr Oluwaseyi Tolulope Olusanya, who is also the sole shareholder. The advances were made in a series of drawings and were not made under any formal agreement. The loan is interest free, unsecured and repayable on demand. No advances were written off or waived. The balance outstanding at 31 August 2025 was £3,518.58. Since the period end, £900.00 has been repaid, leaving £2,618.58 outstanding.
