Company Number: 15914836 (England and Wales)

Year Ending: 31 August 2025

Company activities and impact

During this first year of our CIC we have been renewing contacts with beneficiaries - including convening a first video meeting with Cluniac sites and supporters, considering their needs, making a bid to Lewes Town Council for grant aid - which was successful and offered £1,500. We have then been preparing materials funded by this grant for public events in Lewes and elsewhere, scheduled for the next reporting period.

Consultation with stakeholders

Various e-mails and phone calls with those responsible for and interested in Cluniac sites, and in particular a video meeting on 26 September 2024 with 10 participants from sites and supporting organisations. Their thoughts were incorporated in a bid for grant aid to Lewes Town Council and its use to produce materials that could be of benefit to several stakeholders. Information was sent to potential participants in advance of and after the meeting.

Directors' remuneration

No remuneration was received

Transfer of assets

No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
