The company remained dormant throughout the financial period and did not undertake any trading or operational activities. It received no income and incurred no expenditure. The company had not yet commenced the community-benefit activities for which it was established. During and following the reporting period, the directors continued preparing the company for future operations. Activities are expected to commence after the reporting period once the necessary operational arrangements are in place.
