Directors' advances, credits and guarantees
The director maintains a loan account with the company which is unsecured, repayable on demand. During the year there were advances to the director of £4,364,and repayments of £3,943. At the year end the director owed the company £421.
For the period ending 31 March 2026 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors' responsibilities:
