    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Financial Reporting Standard 101

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Tangible assets are included at cost less depreciation and impairment, Depreciation has been provided at the following rate in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful life. Fixtures and Fittings 15% reducing balance

    Other accounting policies

    Basis of preparation The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluationof certain fixed assets. Presentation Currency The accounts are presented in £ sterling

Company activities and impact

The Company is a Gymnastics Club open to children of all ages . The objectivies are to provide young people frm the North of England and in particular those from disadvantaged backgrounds that would benefit from access to a safe friendly Environment to take place in sport and in particular Gymnastics. We provide 1 Differentiated Gymnastic classes and a variety of programmes for boys and girls from 0-18 plus years 2 Personal development opportunities 3 Opportunities to participate in competitions and displays or just for health and fitness 4 opportunities to achieve nationally recognised award programmes. 5 In-house competitions for all gymnasts for imclusivity 6 opportunities to achieve a higher level of gymnastics 7 Fundraising for a defibrillator

Consultation with stakeholders

The companys staekholders are residents of the surrounding area. We canvassed the stakeholders and their family and offered initial free trial of the Gymnastics club. The feed back has been extremely positive with many classes run weekly and at weekends to fill a need for a safe secure and friendly environment for children of all abilities to participate in fitness and Gymnastics
