1 Statutory information

2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
Director's Loan Account At the company's financial year-end of 31 October 2025, the Director's Loan Account was overdrawn by £1,265. To avoid a Section 455 Corporation Tax charge under the Corporation Tax Act 2010, the outstanding balance must be repaid in full to the company by 1 August 2026 (being nine months and one day after the financial year-end). If the loan remains outstanding after this date, the company may become liable to a Section 455 tax charge until the loan is repaid or otherwise cleared in accordance with the relevant tax legislation.

For the year ending 31 October 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
