Director's responsibilities:

• The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial year in accordance with section 476;

Advances

The directors' loan account is repayable on demand, and interest has been charged on overdrawn balances exceeding £10,000 at the official HMRC rates.

At the start of year the balance owed from the directors was £nil. During the year, the company made advances to directors amounting to £134 and received repayments of £134 leaving a balance due from the directors of £nil.
