Additional Disclosures
At 31 October 2025 the company had net liabilities of £21,271 (2024: £9,332) and incurred a loss for the year of £11,940 (2024: £9,332). The company's ability to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due is dependent upon the continued financial support of the director. The director has confirmed that he has both the intention and the ability to continue providing financial support to the company for the foreseeable future, being a period of not less than twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. On this basis the director considers it appropriate to prepare these accounts on a going concern basis.
