1. Statutory Information
DXB AUTO INVESTMENTS LIMITED is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 16033274.
2. Accounting Policies
Basis of preparing the Financial Statements
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities, under the historical cost convention, and are presented in Pounds Sterling. The company is in a development phase and is dependent on the continuing financial support of its parent, which has confirmed its intention to provide support for at least twelve months from the date of approval; on that basis the accounts are prepared on a going concern basis. Project and pre-trading costs incurred by the company on behalf of its subsidiary undertakings are recovered in full and recognised as amounts recoverable from group undertakings; accordingly no fixed asset is recognised in the company and there is no net charge to the profit and loss account.
Presentation Currency
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
Turnover
The company did not trade during the period; turnover was £nil.
