Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the year, director 1 had a loan account with the company. At 1 November 2024, this director owed the company £18,720. During the year the company provided further loan advances of nil and the director made repayments of nil. At 31 October 2025, this director owed the company £19,306. Interest of £586 has been calculated and charged on this loan using HM Revenue and Customs official rate for beneficial loan arrangements. During the year, director 2 had a loan account with the company. At 1 November 2024, this director owed the company £16,573. During the year the company provided further loan advances of nil and the director made repayments of nil. At 31 October 2025, this director owed the company £17,091. Interest of £518 has been calculated and charged on this loan using HM Revenue and Customs official rate for beneficial loan arrangements.
