(1) General information
The company is a private company limited by shares and is registered in England and Wales. The address of the registered office is Green Willows Holywell, East Coker, Yeovil, Somerset, BA22 9NQ.

(2) Directors advances, credit and guarantees
During the period, transactions took place between the company and the director as part of the wind down of the business. At the balance sheet date, the amount due from the director was £1,235. This balance represents amounts transferred through the director's loan account in connection with the cessation of trading. Cash balances and tax repayments due are retained separately and will be distributed to shareholders upon receipt as part of the dissolution process.

During the period, the average number of employees including director was 2 (2025:2).

(4) Basis of Preparation
The company ceased trading during the period and is in the process of being dissolved. The directors consider that all liabilities will be settled in full. The financial statements have therefore been prepared on a going concern basis.
At the reporting date, an amount was due from the director arising as part of the wind‑down of the company’s affairs. This balance is expected to be settled in due course.
For the cease trading year ending 30/04/2026 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
