My Genderation has continued to produce trans positive and affirming content for our community and allies. This is particularly important given there is much anti-trans sentiments within the media and politics at the moment. We have been fortunate enough to be able to create a film which is being shown at the Iris Prize Festival this year, which documents ten years of a trans person's life from the age of 9 - 19. This took a crew of people to achieve, and we are so proud to have been able to achieve it. We have also done several campaigns across the UK with companies like LUSH, where we've been able to raise awareness of trans issues and fight against prejudice. The campaign also went outside the UK, including in Thailand, Australia, Germany and more.
We regularly reach out to our followers via social media to consult with them about what sort of content we should be putting out there. We also attend various community events where we offer people to come talk to us, and chat about our activities. This includes Trans Pride Hastings, Trans Pride Brighton and Trans Pride Manchester.
