Transactions with related parties
During the year, the company received dividends of £2,562,500 from Tempus Capital SB Ltd, a company in which the company holds a 50% shareholding and which is under the common control of Maurice Adler. The dividend was declared and paid in accordance with the Companies Act 2006. There were no outstanding balances relating to this transaction at the reporting date. Loans to related parties During the year, the company advanced loans totalling £2,425,509 to Fenyx F1 Ltd and Fenyx Capital Ltd. The loans are unsecured, bear no interest and are repayable after a period of five years. Fenyx F1 Ltd and Fenyx Capital Ltd are related parties by virtue of being under the common control of Maurice Adler, the ultimate controlling party of the company.
