| In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the financial statements of Prima International Ltd for the year ended 31 March 2026 which comprise the Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us. |

| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| Turnover |
| Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods, excluding value added tax. |
| Revenue recognition |
| Revenue is recognised once the goods are delivered and the risks and rewards have passed to the customer. |
| Intangible assets |
| Cryptocurrencies are classified as intangible assets and measured in accordance with the revaluation model. They are valued annually with gains taken to a revaluation reserve. Due to the enduring nature of the asset, no amortisation has been provided. |

Derivative financial instruments are initially recorded at cost and thereafter at fair value with changes recognised in profit or loss. |
