Over the past year, we have deepened our commitment to student success, supporting students from universities across the UK through tailored 1-to-1 mentoring and dedicated internal roles at Studenteer. Our students also continue to drive social impact across the UK, matching students to charities, as they continue to volunteer with prominent organisations such as the British Heart Foundation. Listening closely to student feedback, we are actively expanding our resources to help them navigate a graduate labor market increasingly impacted by AI. Meanwhile, our growing alumni network continues to give back, sharing diverse industry expertise in critical areas, including youth mental health support. We are proud to grow our partnership with the University of Birmingham. Following our invitation to a collaborative co-creation workshop, we look forward to working together to enhance their Professional Development Module. We hope to build on this in the coming years to give students opportunities and resources that will help them on their career journeys. To support this mission internally, the Studenteer team have introduced a suite of comprehensive training videos designed to foster collaborative working and accelerate career development within Studenteer. By serving as a vital resource for high-quality communication, these videos streamline onboarding and simplify succession planning. More importantly, they empower our students to build the practical, self-directed digital skills that directly boost their employability in today's shifting market.
