Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
For the financial period ended 31 March 2026, the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies. It is planned to commence operation as a property management company, covering four residential properties during the financial year to 31 March 2027
