1. General description of the company’s activities and impact:During the period ending 31 October 2025, TAJ ALWAQAR CIC was in its foundational and establishment phase. The primary objective during this period was organizing the organizational structure and setting up essential administrative and financial banking operations to support our overarching community mission, which includes educational, social, and cultural support services for the local community. During this accounting period, the company successfully activated its business bank account and received initial community donations and seed contributions totalling £170.00. As the company managed its establishment with complete volunteer effort and incurred zero administrative expenses (£0.00 expenditure), 100% of the funds received (£170.00) have been preserved as a net surplus in the company's bank account. This financial conservation ensures that all accumulated resources are securely retained under the statutory CIC Asset Lock provisions to directly fund future community projects and public benefit activities in our upcoming operational phase
Our key stakeholders include local community members, initial supporters, donors, and volunteers. During this initial setup period, the directors engaged in continuous informal discussions and consultations with early supporters and donors who contributed the initial £170.00 to identify the primary needs of our target community and shape our upcoming service programs. Feedback from these early stakeholder engagements reinforced our strategic decision to minimize overheads completely (£0.00 expenditure) during the foundational stage. This approach guarantees that all initial contributions are safeguarded exclusively for direct community benefit and project execution in the subsequent period.
