In the accounting period 28/11/24 to 27/11/25 The Beautiful Splint Company CIC has created bespoke splints in precious metals, in line with prescriptions from healthcare professionals. This has provided people with medical conditions that impact their finger joints with custom made splints to prevent damage to their joints and to assist them in daily activities.
The Beautiful Splint Company CIC stakeholders are people with medical conditions that would benefit from bespoke splints, (e.g. rheumatoid arthritis, Ehlers Danlos syndrome, hypermobility syndrome) and the health professionals that provide treatment for these conditions. In making bespoke splints for people with a range of medical conditions the Director has consulted with clients and their healthcare professionals to understand their needs and adjust the splints accordingly.
The Director received remuneration solely when acting in her capacity as a splint maker on an “ad hoc” basis for splints completed – listed in the accounts as “production wages”. No remuneration as been made for any other purpose/director’s duties undertaken. There were no other transactions or arrangements in connection with the remuneration of directors, or compensation for directors’ loss of office which require to be disclosed.
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
