| During the year, £12,160 was repaid (2024: loaned £13,769) by Mr J Norman, a director of the Company. At 31 October 2025, £1,609 (2024: £13,769) remained outstanding. During the year, £12,456 was repaid (2024: loaned £18,721) by Mr A Farrell, a director of the Company. At 31 October 2025, £6,265 (2024: £18,721) remained outstanding. Interest has been charged at the HMRC approved rate on this loan and the balance is repayable on demand. These loans were still outstanding on 24 April 2026. |

| The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |
