Meads Village Allotments was purchased in 2019 to preserve the allotment site, which is in a conservation area, and for the benefit of the residents and visitors to Meads alike. We have continued to improve the site by stalling running water, improving access, making safe the perimeter walls and any areas which were in danger of crumbling. The restoration of these walls required the work to be carried out using traditional methods to comply with the requirements of the conservation area.
