Therapy Services South West CIC provides therapy and counselling service for our local community. During this financial year our neurodivergent team of therapists have grown, allowing us to provide neurodivergent-affirming therapy and creative therapies throughout our service. We continue to work with the community to develop areas of our service, we have supported trainee counsellors this financial year, allowing us to offer low cost counselling of which our community is in need of. Our AIMS service continues to offer free and low cost mentoring support to autistic and ADHD adults in our community.
Our A.I.M.S (autism/adhd, information, mentoring and support services) continues to be led by our neurodiverse community, listening to what they want and need within a therapeutic service. Gathering feedback through anonymous feedback forms, verbal reviews with clients and professionals. Consultation within our community led to us developing a way to offer low cost counselling through supporting trainee counsellors at the end of their training, as our community are finding it hard to find affordable therapy.
