In the financial year 1st December 2024 - 30th November 2025 our activities included: 2 free to attend creative and psychotherapeutic workshop online [Zoom] This workshop benefited attendees who were guided by a qualified psychotherapist through creative and psychotherapeutic exercises, to improve and maintain good mental well-being. 6 in person poetry workshops These workshops provided attendees with writing prompts designed to stretch creative boundaries, engaging discussions with fellow poets, a warm, judgment-free space facilitated by a psychotherapist with the opportunity to share work created in the workshop. 1 open mic event Our signature event. A vibrant gathering in London and where we create environments that combine leisure and therapeutic benefits. Our stage is open to all, embracing diversity of voices and stories. Each event has fifteen open mic slots for artists, whether first timers or seasoned veterans, to perform their work in a safe environment, free from judgement. Each event also has two or three headliners who perform twenty-minute paid sets. People who benefited from our activities [Summary] Event Attendees: 101 people attended our events where they are able to meet, socialise, network and collaborate with like-minded people. Open Mic'ers: 15 people performed on our open mic giving them a safe space to express themselves through their chosen art form in a judgement free environment. Headliners: 3 headliners performed paid 20 minute sets. Workshop Attendees [In-person]: 50 people attended our in-person workshops which covered mental wellness, creativity, writing, and poetry. Workshop Attendees [Online]: 22 people attended our free online workshops on zoom.
Consultations Feedback forms were provided for attendees at our events and workshops via QR Codes. We also emailed feedback forms out to attendees. The main point we have actioned from the feedback at our event in October 2025 was improving venue accessibility for elderly and disabled people. We have just secured funding through the Arts Council (July 2026) to hold our National Poetry Slam again so we will be putting the feedback we collected in 2023/2024 into action over the next year as the slam progresses.
