Director's advances, credits and guarantees
At 1 November 2024 the company owed the director £39 (1 November 2023 the director owed the company £42). During the year the director incurred expenses on behalf of the company amounting to £312 (2024 - £nil). The company made payments to the director in the year of £7,025(2024 - £8,503). The director made a repayment to the company in the year of £nil (2024 - £8,500). At 31 October 2025 the director owed the company £6,674 (2024 The company owed the director- £39). The company paid dividends in the year of £13,500 (2024 - £6,000).
For the year ending 31 October 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
