REVIEW OF BUSINESS
2025 has been a year of investment and strengthening the foundations of Kingsbury Lawn Care. Whilst customer numbers remained broadly stable following several years of rapid growth, we continued to increase the value delivered to each customer through enhanced lawn care programmes, premium renovation services and an unwavering focus on customer experience.
Throughout the year we invested significantly in our team, operational systems and specialist machinery, enabling us to offer what we believe is one of the most comprehensive and professional lawn renovation services available in the UK. Combined with the experience and dedication of our team, these investments continue to strengthen our position as the premium independent lawn care service across the West Midlands.
Rather than pursuing growth at any cost, our focus has remained on delivering exceptional results, investing for the long term and providing outstanding service to every customer. These investments leave the business well placed for sustainable growth in the years ahead.
I would like to thank both our team and our customers for their continued support and look forward to building on these strong foundations in the coming year.
