5. NON PROFIT MAKING COMPANY
The company is limited by guarantee and has no share capital. The company is a nonprofit organisation and does not distribute any surplus funds. Any surplus arising in the year is retained to further the company's objectives and is reinvested into future operational or charitable activities.
The directors receive no remuneration or dividends, and all funds are applied solely for the company's stated purposes.
The activities of the company are carried out for the public benefit and in furtherance of its social and charitable aims. Although the company is not yet registered as a charity with the Charity Commission or HMRC, it operates in accordance with charitable principles and intends to seek registration in due course.
