The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The company has taken advantage of section 444(1) of the Companies Act 2006 and opted not to deliver to the registrar a copy of the company's Profit and Loss Account.

Notes to the Financial Statements
1. General Information
Aldro Eastbourne Limited is a private company, limited by shares, incorporated in England & Wales, registered number 16043939 . The registered office is Cpc, Office A, Unit G4 Whitehall Waterfront, 2 Riverside Way, Leeds, LS1 4EH.
The company was incorporated on 28th October 2024. The financial statements cover the period from 28th October 2024 to 31st October 2025.
2. Accounting Policies
2.1. Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 section 1A Small Entities "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The disclosure requirements of Section 1A of FRS 102 have been applied other than where additional disclosure is required to show a true and fair view.
The following principal accounting policies have been applied:
2.2. Going Concern Disclosure
These accounts have been prepared on the going concern basis on the understanding that the shareholders will continue to financially support the company to enable it to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements.
2.3. Turnover
Turnover represents amounts receivable for services rendered during the period, net of VAT. Revenue is recognised when the services have been provided to the customer, the amount of revenue can be measured reliably, and it is probable that the economic benefits associated with the transaction will flow to the company.
2.4. Taxation
Tax is recognised in the statement of income and retained earnings for the period.
The current income tax charge is calculated on the basis of tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the reporting date in the countries where the company operates and generates income.
2.5. Debtors
Short-term debtors are measured at the transaction price. less any impairment.
2.6. Creditors
Short-term creditors are measured at transaction price.
