The accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions of the small companies regime applicable to micro-entities.

STATUTORY INFORMATION

BASIS OF PREPARING THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

The financial statements have been prepared under the Financial Reporting Standard 105 “The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime”. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

The presentation currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£), which is the functional currency of the company. Monetary amounts in these financial statements are rounded to the nearest Pound Sterling (£).

The company was dormant and did not trade in the period. The company received no income and incurred no expenditure in the period and therefore did not make either a profit or loss.
