(1) General information
The company is a private company limited by shares and is registered in England and Wales. The address of the registered office is 6 The Linen Yard, South Street, Crewkerne, Somerset, TA18 8AB.

During the year, the average number of employees employed by the company is 0 (2024:0).

(3) Capital and Reserves and Accounting Policy change
Included within capital and reserves is a designated Maintenance Reserve Fund of £21,722 (2024: £16,400). This fund represents the accumulated surplus of management charge income over estate expenditure since the company's inception, which has been set aside specifically to meet future large repairs and maintenance of the Henley Manor Estate. The fund is not distributable to shareholders and is retained within the company solely for the long-term upkeep of the estate.

From the current year, the Company has revised its accounting policy to classify accumulated surplus within Designated Maintenance reserve, in accordance with FRS 105 requirements. Prior year balances previously shown under Creditors have been reclassified to maintain consistency.
For the year ending 31/12/2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
