Balance sheet statements

For the year ending 31 December 2025 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

  • 1. Accounting policies

    Basis of measurement and preparation

    These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A (Small Entities) of Financial Reporting Standard 102

    Turnover policy

    These are included in the Statement of Financial Activities (SoFA) when: the charity becomes entitled to the resources; it is more likely than not that the trustees will receive the resources; the monetary value can be measured with sufficient reliability.

    Other accounting policies

    Liabilities are recognised where it is more likely than not that there is a legal or constructive obligation committing the charity to pay out resources and the amount of the obligation can be measured with reasonable certainty. Where grants are payable without performance conditions, a liability for the full funding obligation is recognised. Support costs are allocated between governance costs and other support costs; governance costs comprise all costs involving public accountability of the charity and its compliance with regulation and good practice. Creditors are measured at settlement amounts less any trade discounts. Debtors are measured at settlement amount; the charity accounts for basic financial instruments in accordance with FRS 102. The accounts are prepared on a going concern basis, and funds are analysed between unrestricted funds and restricted income funds.
