3. Exceptional Items
During the year, the company invested approximately £55,000 in the development of a new software platform as part of its expansion plans for the 2026 financial year. The implementation of the new system caused a temporary interruption to normal trading, which resulted in a reduction in turnover during the period.The new platform is now fully operational, and the directors expect the business to return to full trading levels in 2026, with increased turnover and improved efficiency.

5. Principal Activity
The principal activity of the company during the year continued to be acting as an agent in arranging airport transfer and private hire transportation services across the UK.
