Consultation with stakeholders

The company's stakeholders are the performers and parents at Abertillery Youth Drama and Music Society. We consult all performers on the musical selections picked for all community events. This has helped us to ensure that all performers are confident, happy and enjoying the programme selection for performance. Our research has enabled us to recognise niche areas of enjoyment such as 50's Rock and Roll and the company has taken the opportunity to engage with members to educate and excite them in new musical genres. We encourage performers and parents to offer suggestions for musical numbers, whole shows and community events.
